These terms govern your use of WWYM (“When Will You Marry”), operated by 2 Percent Cargo Ltd. (company number 09757356), registered in England and Wales. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected].

The service

WWYM lets couples create wedding websites with RSVP management, gift registries, event scheduling, photo galleries, and guest communication. Some features require a one-time payment via Stripe.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your password secure — you’re responsible for all activity under your account
• Only send communications to guests who opted in via your RSVP form
• Don’t use guest data for purposes unrelated to your wedding
• Don’t upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Don’t interfere with the service or access other users’ data

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content and data

You own your content. You grant us a licence to host and display it as part of your site. Deleting your site permanently removes all data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Payments

Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase. Gift contributions go directly between guests and couples via your chosen payment method — we don’t process gift funds and aren’t liable for disputes.

Custom domains

Paid users may connect a custom domain. You must own or be authorised to use any domain you connect.

Liability

We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uptime. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these terms and will post changes here. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
